A bleeding-edge start-up software organization is seeking a highly technical e-commerce Product Manager to join their team. This company has positioned itself as a 1-stop shop, simplifying the international sales process online. They excel in enabling e-commerce brands to scale globally in various marketplaces, retail stores, and online easily. From managing logistics to meeting global compliances, they do it all. Essentially, they’re powering the emerging global e-commerce megatrend. With all the movement in the tariff spaces, they are well-positioned in a space that is growing extremely quickly.

This new position is open due to the growth and evolution of the department, which will allow this individual to truly take ownership and directly see the impact of their technical contributions that will be vital for company growth at an international level. This person will become a member of the Product/Engineering team and will have the potential to progress into higher-level OR leadership roles very quickly.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and various Stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that unlock scaleability across the organization.

Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of e-commerce product management experience, assisting with the design and implementation of software features, automations, and tools to ensure effective scaling.

General Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement software features, automations, and tools while owning the product roadmap for the delivery service and other core marketing growth product offerings.

  • Building client-facing tools and ensuring seamless international tax, duties, and checkout experiences.

  • Working closely with engineers to define product/feature functionality and execute against the roadmap that enhance their clients' & partners’ experience. 

  • Continuously improve platform reliability, usability, and performance.

    General Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a technical Product Manager role leading agile teams supporting ecommerce and web-based solutions.

  • 3+ years B2B or B2C Shopping Cart application development experience within platforms like; Shopify, Big Commerce, Magento Salesforce, ETC.

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, roadmap, design, development and delivery of web & ecommerce products.

  • Software engineering background/familiarity: Need to understand order-flows, API’s and basic scripting (collaborating closely with engineers).

  • Experience with React, Node.js, and Shopify is a strong plus.

  • Self-starter and autonomous.

  • STRONG preference for start-ups industry experience
