What You'll Be Doing:

• Implement tactical business planning to support underwriting decisions aligning with retention goals.
• Lead operational and policy service strategies, workflow processes, and standards.
• Manage claims support activities, ensuring compliance and performance standards.
• Coach and drive awareness among team members to align their work with our strategic objectives.
• Optimize team productivity, manage workloads, identify solutions, and collaborate with data analysts.
• Manage team growth and objectives, keeping projects on track.

About You:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• This will be a hybrid remote/onsite position, as such only local candidates will be considered.
• 5-6 years of experience managing medical claims operations.
• 3+ years of successful team management.
• 2+ years of hands-on claim handling experience and a deep understanding of the claims process.
