A bleeding edge, tech-forward, and fully licensed commercial insurance carrier provider is seeking a senior and highly technical Product Manager to join their team. The company is ushering in the next evolution of commercial insurance by driving the industry forward using modern technology through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning platforms. They have set out to grow from ~40M to 1 Billion in top line revenue with less than 50 people by “disrupting” an industry that is clouded in outdated and manual processes.

This new position is open due to the growth and evolution of the department which will allow this individual to truly take ownership and directly see the impact of their technical contributions that will be vital for company growth at an international level. This person will become a member of the Product/Engineering team and will have the potential to progress into higher-level OR leadership roles very quickly.

The work/life balance is highly desirable; flex hours and competitive PTO. This will be a hybrid on-site/remote position in a beautiful office located in the Denver Tech Center.

Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of technical product management experience, assisting with the design and implementation of software features, automations, and tools to ensure effective scaling.

As a Sr. Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Insurance, and Distribution to deliver high-quality software solutions that unlock scale across the organization.

General Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software features, automations, and tools to ensure effective scaling with our growth goals, embracing an AI-first approach
• Use SQL and various other analytics tools daily to monitor platform health, validate outcomes, and surface actionable insights
• Contribute code regularly to new features each cycle and participate in the PR review process on your solutions
• Collaborate with Insurance and Distribution teams to deeply understand operational bottlenecks and translate them into scalable product solutions
• Continuously improve platform reliability, usability, and performance

General Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a technical Product Manager role leading agile teams supporting internal systems and web-based solutions.
• 5 years of experience in strategy, roadmap, design, development and delivery of analytics product and business intelligence solutions.
• Software engineering background/familiarity
• Fluent in SQL and experience in Looker or an equivalent BI reporting tool
• Practical knowledge of internal systems and web application best practices
• Strong technical expertise in visualization tools, executive and operational dashboard design & reporting that drive data-driven story and insights to persuade and make decisions.
• Proven track record of driving the product development process from beginning to end which includes user story definition, grooming, commitment, and delivery
