Bryan joined High Country Search in 2014 and brings 7 years of industry expertise to the team.
He specializes in placing direct hire, temporary and project professionals in the Information Technology field across all major industries in the Denver area. He partners closely with IT managers and Executives, and continually maintains a strong and growing network of the most sought after IT talent in the market.
Bryan is a Colorado native that graduated from the University of Colorado in 2008 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration emphasis in Business Operations Management.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer; skiing, hiking, and swimming.

Will Wegert – Division Director, Software Engineering Search
Left-handed; Right-brained. Home-schooled; Business-minded. Process-follower; Rule-breaker… Point is, Will’s not a guy you can put in a box. When he believes in something (*ahem*, like you or your company), he’s one of the most aggressive and forthright people you’ll meet. But, when he hasn’t yet “figured you out”, he can be surprisingly quiet as a reflective listener. It’s this constant “wait, listen, wait, listen … pounce” mentality that’s given Will the ability to become one of Denver’s Top Software Engineering and Technical Recruiters.
Outside of work, Will’s loves to spend his time with his family in the mountains .. Whether riding ATV’s (we dare you to ask him about his lost front teeth fiasco!), skiing, or relaxing around a campfire, Will, Abbie, Isaac, and Hannah are constantly soaking in everything that Colorado has to offer.

Wes Wegert – Senior Technical Recruiter — Software Engineering
As the newest member of the High Country Search team, Wes has single handedly slingshotted himself into the recruiting industry. Having started in the industry by sourcing software engineers through his own start-up sourcing firm in Boulder, Colorado, he quickly found success working with clients and candidates alike. Being a natural connector, Wes then connected with the Tech Search Group of High Country Search and became enamored with the style, efficiency, and excellence of their environment… to the point that he just couldn’t stay away, so he joined.
Wes is a people-person; Fueled by the thrill of job-well-done and the excitement of contributing to the growth of other professionals, he is stoked to serve the Denver community with his second-to-none approach. Wes spends his free time training in Jiu Jitsu, on the trails, or frisbee golfing (frolfing, as we call it).
