After years of slogging through retail management positions, Allie found her fit at High Country in July 2019. She started as the receptionist/administrative assistant and was quickly promoted to her current position of Manager of Operations. Her skills in organization, candidate relations, and office management, paired with her laid-back attitude, make her an exceptional assistant cat-herder for Kathleen.
Allie was raised in Colorado but spent her early 20’s exploring Texas with her husband, Logan. Quickly realizing the heat and humidity weren’t for them, they moved back to the mountains, settling into their Morrison, CO fixer upper in 2017. In her free time Allie reads voraciously, snuggles her dogs (Gabe and Hoosier), hikes, and skis. Allie gave birth to her daughter, Ruby, in January 2022, and now spends the majority of her time outside of work watching Zootopia and introducing her daughter to the joys of reading.
