Nate joined High Country in 2013 after six successful years in sales and marketing within Major League Soccer, Aviation, and Advertising. Initially a core member of the finance and accounting team, he quickly rose to become a partner of the firm in 2018. Nate’s focus then shifted exclusively to private equity search, and he launched High Country: Private Equity. His division specializes in private equity funds, real estate investment shops, and alternative asset managers. Nate and his team are the de facto standard for excellence in recruiting within Denver’s private equity sector. Notably, Nate’s team excels in attracting top out-of-state talent to contribute to high-growth platforms.
In recognition of his achievements, Nate was voted into The Pinnacle Society in 2021, the premier consortium of industry-leading recruiters in North America. Nate lives in Hilltop with his wife, Candace, and their son, Julian. When he’s not at the office, you can find him on the golf course, trail running or skiing with his wife (Alpine and Nordic).
