Originally from Pennsylvania, Nichole received her AA in Early Childhood Education and was an Assistant Kindergarten teacher for 3 years at the YWCA in Harrisburg, PA. Prior to relocating to Colorado, Nichole served as the Store Manager for her family’s business with a focus on Customer Service and Business Development.

Her genuine passion for helping others led Nichole to join High Country where she can effectively apply her skills. She started out as our receptionist back in 2011 and quickly moved into being the payroll manager. After having her son, Cayden, and her daughter, Haley, she decided to take a step back in her career and assist the administrative team very part time. She now resides in North Carolina where she works remotely for High Country as the Assistant Operations Manager taking care of billing, collections, and healthcare management.
