A thriving software development firm in Colorado is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team. This company is very well established and has seen tremendous growth over recent years. This new position is open due to the growth and evolution of the department, which will allow this individual to truly “own” all aspects of software design and implementation of new product features to drive application value that is vital for company growth at an international level. This role also allows for the unique ability to move into higher-level, leadership positions fairly quickly.

This candidate will excel in designing and implementing new product features, transforming design into functional user interfaces, and writing high-quality, expressive code. This person will also act as a leader and mentor to the team, assisting with design and code reviews while collaborating cross-functionally to solve complex problems. Their innovative mindset drives rapid prototyping and iterative improvements, while staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Here’s an overview of the compensation package: •Base salary between $140-160k • Bonus Potential •100% Employer Paid Healthcare• 401K match• Competitive PTO

***This will be a remote position but needs to be based out of Colorado. As such, only candidates local to Colorado will be considered***

General Requirements:

5+ years experience with tech stack:

**MUST be advanced with PHP and React specifically**

• Backend: GraphQL ( nice to have), PHP
• UI: JavaScript, TypeScript / Flow, React, Relay, GraphQL
• Testing: Jest
• Familiarity with basic AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable
• devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with cross functional users, backend developers and UI engineers in the team to deliver compelling user-facing products.
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end abstractions that drive complex UI’s.
