Kelsey Henderson is the Practice Manager for Corporate Affairs & Investor Relations at High Country Search Group, where she built and leads the firm’s Corporate Affairs function. She partners with Boards, CEOs, CFOs, Communications executives, and Government Relations leaders to recruit and advise on talent, structures, and future impact.
Kelsey has led searches for public companies, private organizations, nonprofits, and trade associations at every stage of growth, from emerging organizations to established institutions. Her client experience includes organizations such as ServiceNow, Micron, Kaiser Family Foundation, Johnson & Johnson, APS, Mercy Flight Central, Liberty Media, The New York Times, Medline, and The World Bank. She has recruited CEOs, Heads of Investor Relations, Chief Communications Officers, Government Affairs leaders, and the team members who support those executives.
Before building the practice at High Country, she cut her teeth with the global executive search firm, Korn Ferry, within their Corporate Affairs Executive Search team.
Kelsey holds an MBA from The University of Texas at PB and bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Political Science from State University of New York. She serves as President of the National Investor Relations Institute Rocky Mountain Chapter and as a NIRI National ACC volunteer. Based in Colorado, she enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing, and spending time with her fiancé, Jake, and their Bernedoodle, Walter.
