Meet Kassidy – though most of us call her Kass! A Colorado native, she dove right into recruiting after college graduation from CSU and has spent the past 8 years growing her career. Now at High Country, she’s excited to work more intentionally with a select group of Senior Software Engineers and Tech Leaders in the Denver area. Known for her genuine passion and sharp insight, Kass effortlessly keeps up in conversations about emerging tech and the direction of the market. Kass is proud of the strong relationships she builds and lives by the “work hard, play hard” mindset.
Kass married her wife in 2022 and welcomed their baby boy in December 2024, but she was a devoted dog mom long before that! When she’s not working, you’ll find her traveling, catching live music with friends, or enjoying dog-friendly patios with her family.
