Hailey joined High Country in 2026 as an administrative assistant after transitioning from a background in child care. Her experience working in fast-paced, people-focused environments helped her develop strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a calm, thoughtful approach to supporting both clients and team members. In her role, Hailey enjoys keeping things running smoothly while continuing to learn new skills and grow within the company.
Originally from California, Hailey moved to Colorado in 2023 to take advantage of the state’s outdoor lifestyle and new opportunities. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, baking, camping, and going dancing with friends. On rainy days, you’ll likely find her curled up for a movie marathon — and if you ask her about it, she’ll happily share a story or fun fact that perfectly captures her adventurous and creative spirit.
