Ryan joined High Country Search Group after beginning his career in executive search, where he worked closely with private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He brings five years of experience leading searches and building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. He also spent time in wealth management, gaining additional client-facing experience, before returning to recruiting.
Ryan is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and earned his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College, where he was a member of the men’s soccer team. He is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Michigan. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golfing, listening to music, staying active, and is a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan.
