Carly Wanberg joined High Country Search in 2026, but she’s been living and breathing engineering and manufacturing recruiting since 2018. Before that, she spent nearly five years as a paralegal specializing in foreclosure and bankruptcy after starting her career in real estate, a path that gave her serious attention to detail and a deep respect for how much is on the line when big decisions get made. A University of Utah grad in Public Relations with a minor in Business Marketing, Carly has spent her recruiting career partnering with companies across a wide range of industries throughout the Rocky Mountain region, and she genuinely loves the work!
Outside of work, she’s a Colorado mountain girl through and through. She and her husband Curtis chase adventures with their two boys, Luke and Eli, and their dog Tep (named after Tom Petty, because of course he is). Her curiosity about the world – fueled by travel, trails, and a backpacking trip through Australia right after college – is the same thing that drives her. Everyone has a story, and every story has value.
