Prior to joining High Country, Nikolas managed key client portfolios and delivery strategies for some of the nation’s leading general contractors and construction management firms. Consistently recognized for performance and delivery, he has successfully executed workforce mandates and delivered strategic personnel solutions for premier organizations, including Turner Construction, McCarthy Building Companies, JE Dunn Construction, Austin Commercial, and Balfour Beatty US., among others. His hands-on understanding of project lifecycle demands allows him to seamlessly align specialized field talent with complex project requirements.
Originally from Mexico, Nikolas grew up in the U.S. and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Now based in Denver, he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, and exploring the outdoors with his wife and his dog.
