What You'll Do

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Review audit work and provide guidance to staff and seniors
• Mentor and develop team members
• Communicate directly with clients and help identify opportunities to improve their business
• Contribute to firm-wide decisions and initiatives
• Help maintain a high standard of quality and client service

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong audit background
• Experience managing or leading audit engagements
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to mentor and develop accounting professionals
• Strong technical accounting and auditing knowledge
• Organized, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership
