A leading construction utilities firm is seeking a JD Edwards Business Systems Analyst to join its growing applications team. This company delivers large-scale infrastructure projects across the Rocky Mountain West and continues to invest in modernizing its business systems, financial operations, and project management technology to support continued growth.

This is a highly visible, business-facing role for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders to improve enterprise applications and streamline business processes. Working at the intersection of IT, Finance, Operations, and Project Management, you'll play a key role in optimizing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and helping the organization leverage technology to drive operational efficiency. This is a 5 days/week onsite opportunity based in the Denver metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with deep functional expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. You'll collaborate with technical teams and business leaders to gather requirements, improve workflows, implement system enhancements, and ensure enterprise applications continue to meet evolving business needs. This role has the mobility into high-level leadership positions.

General Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary business analyst supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne across multiple functional areas.

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Project Management teams to gather requirements and recommend system improvements.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• Configure, test, and implement enhancements within JD Edwards while supporting system upgrades and new functionality.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and technical teams.

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, training, and post-implementation support.

• Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure system stability.

• Support cross-functional projects involving enterprise applications, reporting, integrations, and process improvements.

General Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

• Strong functional knowledge of JD Edwards Finance, Job Cost, Profit Recognition, Service Billing, and General Ledger modules.

• Experience supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or distribution organizations.

• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies, testing, and change management.

• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and enterprise system integrations is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $120,000–$130,000
