Senior Accountant, Lease Accounting
Join a growing development firm in the Denver metro area that is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage revenue accounting across a portfolio of leasing contracts. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate project-based billing throughout the revenue cycle in compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 842.
What you’ll do
- Manage lease accounting and project-based billing
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and close support
- Review contracts and ensure accurate revenue accounting through analysis
- Support audit requests, SOX controls, and compliance requirements
- Partner with teams across finance and operations
What you bring
- 5+ years of revenue accounting experience
- 3+ years focused on lease accounting
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 842
- Public company or high-growth company experience preferred
- Experience with MS Excel, analytical and reporting tools and ERP systems

Compensation Package
