Ashlyn joined High Country in 2022 as an administrative assistant after making the decision to leave teaching. She was lucky enough to be introduced to the team members of High Country through her mom, a past candidate with raving reviews about the company. After exploring project management, Ashlyn was promoted to operations manager, a role that takes full advantage of her organizational prowess, passion for learning new skills, and talent for problem solving, time management, and collaboration.
Originally from Garland, Texas, Ashlyn and her husband, Alex, moved to Colorado in the summer of 2022 in order to escape the heat and lack of outdoor opportunities. In her free time, Ashlyn enjoys walking her mini Aussie, Echo, hiking, skiing, and curling up with a good book. Camping might be in her future, but she has to get over her fear of bears (ask her about her trip to Yellowstone). Lover of all things scary, you are guaranteed to find Ashlyn at the premiere of a new horror film or at the closest haunted house.
