Originally from Arizona, Dave started his career in staffing and corporate recruitment after earning his bachelor’s degree from DeVry University. Carrying his 10 years of recruitment success to the Rockies, Dave joined a national recruitment firm in Colorado in 2014 making an immediate impact as a production leader. In his commitment to helping professionals find roles where they can excel and grow, Dave developed the northern Colorado market leading the finance and accounting contingency search division.
Dave takes a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach, focusing on understanding what motivates both clients and candidates and what makes for a strong long-term fit. Known for his credibility, attention to detail, and collaborative style, Dave is committed to creating strategic placements that support individual career growth while driving organizational success. As an outdoorsman, Dave enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and camping, and most of all spending time on his family’s hobby farm with his wife Melissa and their three sons.
