Kim has been a valuable member of the High Country Energy Search team for 15 years. She initially joined High Country Search Group in 2008, focusing on Finance and Accounting. However, her passion for the Oil & Gas industry led her to transition to the Energy practice, where she played a significant role in its development and growth. Kim’s unwavering commitment to honesty and integrity has made her a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Her areas of expertise include Petroleum Engineering, Land, Land Administration, Environmental/Regulatory, Petroleum Data Analytics, and Geology.
Before joining High Country, Kim played a crucial role in establishing a strong book of business and company presence for a prominent national search firm in Denver. Her performance earned her recognition as a top producer nationwide, and she eventually became a Regional Director overseeing multiple offices across the Rocky Mountain Region. Kim was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, and holds a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. When she’s not working, you can find her on the football field, passionately cheering for her two boys, Jack and Carson, alongside her husband, Joe.
