Originally from Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, Kristen has lived in the Denver area since 2001. With a fresh start at life in the mountains, she got into the recruiting field in 2005. She worked for Robert Half for 6.5 years as a Division Director for Accountemps. After a short stint in Healthcare Recruiting, she joined High Country Staffing overseeing the temporary staffing team. Over the last several years, she decided her true passion was the client relationship side of recruiting where she enjoys the face to face interaction with clients throughout the Denver market.
In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband, Hans, and her two sons, Bjorn and Oskar. Both her boys play competitive hockey, so much of her free time is spent at the rink or traveling to hockey tournaments throughout the US and Canada. When not at the hockey rink, she enjoys anything outdoors. She loves to ski and golf.
