Originally from the Chicagoland area, Leigh graduated from the University of Illinois, where she played collegiate softball before making the move to Denver soon after. She began her career in sales, channeling her competitive drive and strong relationship-building skills to deliver consistent results. That same motivation naturally guided her into recruiting, where she quickly discovered a true passion and talent for connecting people with the right opportunities.
Today, Leigh specializes in IT and Technology recruiting, approaching every search with a genuine commitment to helping candidates find their next great home and supporting teams as they grow.
Outside of work, Leigh loves spending time with her wife and son exploring new dog parks, local breweries, and catching live concerts.
