Shawn, a valued member of High Country Search Group since 2008, brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Korn/Ferry International and Ajilon Professional Staffing. At Korn/Ferry, he held the position of Global Vice President Training, Futurestep, while at Ajilon, he spent a decade leading a team of 45 recruiters across 26 branches and served as a member of the national training team.
Specializing in retained and high-level contingency searches in finance, HR, and administration, Shawn has personally placed over 1,000 candidates, primarily in the Denver and Minneapolis metro areas. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1998 with a BA in Economics. Shawn’s expertise, combined with his dedication to finding the perfect match for both clients and candidates, makes him an invaluable asset to the High Country team.
