Before joining High Country, Sid refined his expertise as a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles, where he led global search engagements in the Industrials practice, delivering impactful results for Fortune 500 clients. His deep understanding of market dynamics and talent acquisition strategies, combined with a commitment to excellence, have made him a reliable advisor to both clients and candidates.

Sid graduated with distinction from the University of Lethbridge in Canada, earning a Bachelor of Management in Finance. He is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi. Outside of the office, Sid enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains, attending local comedy and culinary events, and traveling.
