Todd, originally from Boise, Idaho, moved to Colorado in 2000 to work in the area of youth career development. It was during this time that he discovered his true passion for employment counseling, which led him to transition into the professional staffing industry in 2003.
Prior to joining High Country in 2017, Todd spent 12 years at a national staffing firm, finding great satisfaction in building meaningful relationships with clients and candidates alike.. the end result being the placement of thousands of candidates in the Denver market. Todd’s ability to understand the unique needs and desires of both parties has earned him nine consecutive trips to President’s and Chairman’s club level award ceremonies – capturing the #1 recruiter spot in the world within his division out of 10,000 employees. With a strong work ethic cultivated from his early days on the farmlands of Idaho, Todd not only understands what it takes to get the job done, but also the market in which we live and work.
